Wiki Medicare - modifier for same day visit, different provider

A patient has come in for treatment code 97140, and we later found out they went to another provider on the same day with different specialty who billed the same code.
Which modifier would be appropriate for this to resubmit? Thanks.
 
I'm not sure that it would matter to your office billing if the patient saw a different specialty at all.
