Hi,
When a patient has services that are never covered by Medicare, those that DO NOT require an ABN, and Medicare and any secondary insurance denies them, is it legal to randomly write off those patient balances? These are not indigent patients, they just don't want to pay for their services............
Thanks in advance!
Cathy
