Is anyone else having trouble with PGBA J11B not paying claims for patient's with Medicare numbers ending in the letter "T"? I cannot find any reason on the website as to why they are not paying.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

This happened to us twice last month. In both cases, the Medicare CS rep said that the numbers were changed to suffix 'A' (no explanation as to why or when)

We changed the number, and both claims went through and got paid.

That is the reason I asked what the denial was. In the past, anyone with a `T' wa eventually changed to an `A' and the claims were paid.
