Here's the scenerio: Patient came in with Medicare Advantage plan through a local commercial carrier. We administered Hep A vaccine. Insurance paid. Now, 1 year later they are requesting payment reimbursement. It should go through Medicare Part D the remittance advice said.

Question: Is it possible to bill Medicare Part D directly.
