Wiki Medicare Payment Indicators

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to use the Medicare payment indicators (as see on this page https://www.highmarkmedicareservices.com/partb/reimbursement/mfsdbhelp.html when it comes to coding so that we can: 1) code with the correct modifier and 2) ensure proper payment.
