Mental Health ICD-9 coding

Does anyone have any information on ICD-9 / CPT coding for Outpatient Mental Health? We are not getting the 80% MC payments we should be getting for either MD and individual agency/home vts. When contacting MC their reasoning is that it is due to the ICD-9 / CPT code combinations we us. Any advise would be tremendously appreciated as I am fairly new in this field.

Thank you! I checked it out for NY and I did find the info I needed in NGS website under LCD for Outpatient Psychiatric and Psychology services. I do appreciate your input. :) Again...Thank you so much!
