Are you aware of any stipulation stating that a Medicare patient cannot receive an EKG as a separate visit from their actual pre-op clearance visit? We were having patients come in a week before their actual pre-operative clearance visit in case of EKG abnormalities and needing to be cleared by a cardiologist. Help please:confused:
