When a 58 yr. old patient with Medicare comes in for a AWI or Physical do I bill the Gcode or 99396?

Depends if it is a Medicare Advantage plan or not. If not then I would code the G code. If it's an Advantage plan you will need to ask them.

Regardless of the age of the patient, or of what insurance they have, you can only code and bill what is documented. The AWV/G code is a different service from a physical/99396. These two are not interchangeable.
