Any suggestions on why Medicare denies all of our in house QW labs?
 
check to see that your CLIA number is being transmitted with the claims. The "system" can't pay QW labs if it doesn't "know" that you are CLIA-waived
 
It's loaded in our system & provider profile. How would I could verify that it's actually being tranmitted?
