We are having problems with Medicare reimbursement for a Nephrology practice using HCPCS J2997. We have read in another forum (2016) that some are billing 36593 with J2997 and are being reimbursed. Have any other practice experienced issues with Medicare paying for J2997? If so, what did you do for reimbursement?
