Good morning, Medicare's locality adjusted conversion factors and base unit values for 2022 are now available in this Zip file: https://www.cms.gov/files/zip/2022-anesthesia-conversion-factors.zip. That includes the BUVs for the new anesthesia with imaging procedures on the spine. So far as I'm aware the only other BUV change was an increase for 00537.

If I were a gambler I'd put a few dollars on Congress intervening to raise the conversion factor early in January, but we'll see.
