Urgent please respond- Has medicare ever told to not send invoices with claims. We have trouble getting paid in full V2785- Corneal tissue, they are not paying 100 % on the tissue .Please respond
 
Trent - can you call your Medicare contractor? The reimbursement for V2785 is 'carrier based' - so maybe they have a reimbursement limit for it? I've talked to our Medicare contractor about sending invoices (not for corneal tissue but for skin replacements) and they told me they won't accept any....
