Wiki Medicare/Social Security number on ABN

Does a patient's Social Security number or Medicare number used as the patient identification number "invalidate" the ABN? The guidelines state that the Social/Medicare number MUST NOT be used; therefore, if the patient puts their Social number can the ABN still be used?
