Medicare denied tetanus booster. The diagnosis being an open wound. Has anyone come across this before?

Medicare also requires an AT modifier.
Make sure that they only received the TD and not the DTaP. We are site 11 so Medicare part B does not cover DTaP. They can get the TDaP with Medicare part D at the pharmacy. We have had that problem before.
