Wiki Medicare Wellness Billed with Another Procedure

I am billing a medicare well visit ( G0439) with 69210, 90732, and G0009. Do I need a modifier on the wellness code G0439?

I'd slap a 25 modifier on it
Just make sure your primary diagnoses are in the correct locations on the claim to support the extra services.

Modifier 25 can only be used on E/M procedure codes and is not valid for G0439 per the scrubber tool. When running it through the scrubber tool on AAPC, it says no modifier needed.
