When billing 45388 if medicare is secondary would use the G6024 code instead. Do anyone has suggestions.
 
You'll need to bill according to the primary payer. I've struggled getting both payers to reimburse for claims where each requires a different CPT/HCPCS code. It is likely that you're primary payer won't recognize the G code.
