I am trying to find a way to get a Medicare representative to come to out office to review a major problem we are having about NPI and PTAN numbers not coinciding and preventing payments for our services. We have contacted Medicare in an effort to correct the issue and they will not provide the correct info in order for us to make the proper correction. Any suggestions?
