I keep getting denials for 81002 stating the claim lacks information, Same thing for Trus procedures, Help What are we missing
 
It could be any number of things. If this is a CO-16 denial, then you should have an additional remark code on the remittance advice that would give you more information about what is missing. If not, you may need to call Medicare and ask them.
 
Yes, @thomas7331 is right that we're just guessing without more information. My first guess on a lab code denial is always - is the CLIA # there?
