Hello,
Injection administration code is: 96372

Does this apply to patients that are seen in the office for dx code(s) resulting in the administration of rocephin, phenergan or tordol by one of the clinical assistants, not by the dr himself? If the clinical assistant is giving the medication by direct order from the dr during the office visit would that qualify the admin and the e/m to be bundled or does that depend on the dx codes. When would i use the 25 mod and/or 59 modifier.
