Could anyone give me any coding references to use? I am recieving a new dept "medication managment" and will be using the following codes 99605 Medication therapy management service(s) provided by a pharmacist,individual, faceto- face with patient, with assessment and intervention if provided; initial 15 minutes,new patient 99606 initial 15 minutes, established patient
+ 99607 each additional 15 minutes (List separately in addition to code for primary
service)
This is going to be the first time I use these codes and I want to make sure I am checking for the proper documentation as well as the proper rules. :confused:
