Sometimes with drugs/administering there doesn't have to be a Dr on campus, but in those cases, who's name goes out to the insurance -the ordering Dr or the NPP that's at the clinic?

You cannot bill under the ordering unless incident to guidelines are met. Physician must be physically present in the office suite. It would have to be billed under the Mid-level.
