Wiki Meds for Nebulizer Treatments in Office

Medicare is now denying the breathing treatment meds in office and stating that we need to bill it as DME and have patient sign it that they received it! I am appealing these denials and simply stating that the treatments were in the office. Does anyone else have any thoughts or directions on this?

This doesn't make sense to me - what codes are you billing, and what are the denial codes and denial messages that you're getting on your EOBs?
