Can you tell me if there is an E&M code available to charge when the physician meets with a workman's comp nurse to review the patients care? This visits can last quite a while. 99366 states you have to have 3 professionals present for an interdisciplinary meeting. Sometimes these meeting take place during a global period so we have not been charging and I just want to make sure there isn't something I am missing. I believe this is not an normal part of a global package?
