Help. What do you use for a diagnosis if the provider states child is being bullied or school phobia. Mental health coding is new for me. Thanks

How does it manifest itself? anxiety? 300.00 panic disorder? 300.01 panic disorder with agoraphobia 300.21? I would query the provider.
