Mental Health IOP Policies and Procedures

I am working as a practice manager at a behavioral health facility that is looking to open up a mental health IOP I was hoping someone who works at one currently would be willing to share a copy of their policies and procedures manual so that I might use it a s a guideline as I put mine together to get some ideas and make sure I don't; miss anything. I have setup a SA IOP before. this is my first MH IOP. Any help would be appreciated
 
The IOP I manage has followed the guidelines that Medicare has set forth for IOP. Medicare has very strict policies that need to be followed. If you'll review these guidelines and set up your IOP in accordance with the guidelines, you'll be fine.
