I was asked if a TMS session and a therapy session could be reported during the same time frame. Provider wants to do counseling at the same time client is having a TMS treatment.

I believe simultaneous sessions are still considered investigational. Therapy during TMS is usually geared toward guidance rather than true psychotherapy. I would say no.
