My physician performed a colpopexy (57280) on a patient and inserted mesh trans-abdominal approach but the only code i have for mesh insertion is 57267 (insertion mesh vaginal approach) and they can't be billed together. Does anyone know if another procedure code used for mesh insertion?

I show that this can be billed together. It is not bundled. The mesh code is used for each site if more than one site is used in aprocedure.
