Would appreciate any and all opinions on this; Can you bill the +49568 mesh implant with open ventral hernia repair (49560)?? Thanks in advance.
 
From the CPT book:


AMA Guidelines:
(Use 49568 in conjunction with 11004-11006, 49560-49566)

Also per the CPT description "implant of mesh [FONT=&quot]open incisional or ventral hernia repair" plus "[/FONT][FONT=&quot](List separately in addition to code for the incisional or ventral hernia repair)"[/FONT]
