my physician performed tarsal, metatarsal joint injections for bilateral feet under fluoroscopic guidance, I am looking at 20600 but since the description reads plural i wonder how many times can i charge for this code? :eek:
 
on the examples read plural, the actual description of the procedure does not. You are okay to bill this as many times as your documentation supports the separate injections, with appropriate modifiers of course
