Hi All,
I hope someone can help with this op-note.
With appropriate traction and maneuvers I could reduce the coronal plan displacement. I placed a k-wire from the metacarpal head intra medullary down to the base of the metacarpal, that held my coronal and sagittal plane alignment. The articular fracture I manipulated with two k-wires from the ulnar to radial side throught the metacarpal head held that and reduced it in place.
Doc what to charge 26742 and 26608 is that correct?
Any thoughts on this would be appreicted
