Wiki Metal clipped with long necked poly & snare

Per ope noted, a 1" long neck ployp was clipped with metal clip and removed w/snare .
Snare is 45385....how about this metal clip??

In addtion. this is a different ope note; EGD found over 50
pieces small polyps in the stomach....2111 or any other
more appropirate ICD-9?

What is the purpose of the clip? I've seen endoclips placed to stop post-polypectomy bleeding, but this is not coded separately.

ICD9 code needs to be based on the path report. What does the path state?

Hi thank you for reply.
the polyp is 1" long. so metal-clipped at middle of the length. & snared at the clipped point. There is no bleeding
at the snare.
