I cannot find a code that includes the bone graft. The surgeon dictated

"Attention was directed to the medial aspect of the right ankle where an approximately 4 cm longitudinal incision was made overlying the medial malleolus. This incision was carefully deepened to the subcutaneous tissues, taking care to avoid all vital neurovascular structures. Dissection was carried down to the level of the medial malleolus where a periosteal incision was made and a curette was used to create a hole in the medial malleolus where a bone graft was retrieved. This was placed in saline on a back table for later insertion."

This was performed in an ASC is there a separate code I should use for the graft. The CPT code I have for the Metatarsal open reduction with internal fixation is 28485. Please advise on the graft
