Hello, How would you code if both diagnoses are documented on the note? f15.159 or code them each separately as stated below?

	*Methamphetamine-induced psychotic disorder (HCC) [F15.959]
	Methamphetamine abuse (HCC) [F15.10]

Would you not code F15.159 seeing as how the abuse is the specifics of the methamphetamine use?

The guideline states if both use and abuse are documented, assign only the code for abuse. If both abuse and dependence are documented, assign only the code for dependence.
