Wiki MI and CAD

Hello. I have a question about primary dx when a patient presents with an MI and later is diagnosed with CAD, would the MI still remain the primary dx or would the CAD be primary?

Any help would be appreciated.

If the patient came in with the infarction and then later tests showed CAD I would code the MI first and the the CAD.
