Wiki Microcytic anemia and Anemia due to stage 3a chronic kidney disease???

Hello, I have this case where my provider documented;

1. Microcytic anemia (D50.9)
- Ambulatory referral to Gastroenterology

2. Anemia due to stage 3a chronic kidney disease(D63.1)
Assessment & Plan:
GFR stable; cont current treatment continue diet(low carb low salt diet) and exercise as recommended

Can I code both anemia? they haven't any exclusion in the ICD-10 book..
I will appreciate your help! thanks
