I just wanted to see how other coders would code just the diagnosis code for: follow up status post microdiscectomy

There was no dressing change; no issues post operative. It was a straightforward check up post operatively.

I was advised to use dx V15.29- which screams NO to me. I believe the correct dx codes to use V58.49 for immediate follow up and V67.00 for, example, 3 month follow up with no issues. I'm looking for other coder's input.
