At our urology practice we instill Mitomycin into the bladder for bladder cancer. This drug comes in powder form and has to be reconstituted. Does this mean it is a compound drug or do I just use the J9280 for the number of mg that are given (usually 40mg)?

That's correct. You would also bill 51720 for the instillation of mitomycin. If doing in the hospital, then just bill the 51720.
