I would appreciate any input concerning this procedure code. It is for a pre authorization so I don't have an operative report. The patient had a partial traumatic thumb amputation (tip) in 2007 and tried to pull out the subcuticlar stich now with possible infection. The Dr. is possible doing:

Neuroma excision
I&D
Possible Island FLAP
Possible Moberg Advancement FLAP
