Good morning everyone. I want to confirm or deny if I am understanding how to bill CPT Codes 93225, 93227, and 93228 correctly.

Do I bill
8/12: Office Visit
93225
93227
8/15: 93228
 
93225 & 93227 belong to 93224, not 93228. Remember 93228 is only payable every 30 days and the d/s is the date the physician read it.
