Hello!
My clinic is starting a Mobile Street Medicine van looking to provide MH and SUD services to the homeless community in my area. They are also looking into providing first aid and basic wound care through the mobile clinic. They would have an RN providing this service in the mobile van. My question is, is there any code other than a 99211 that the nurse could provide that would cover basic first aid/wound care? My concern is that the majority of patients will be new, and therefore could not use 99211 since it's for established patients.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
