Does anyone have any information on Medicare coverage for MoCA testing (96125) as a remote test? We received information that it can be done as an abbreviated telephone or audio-visual conference but no information on billing/coverage. From what I understand, G0438 and G0439 as virtual are paid at the same rate as in-office. But I can't find anything on cognitive testing. Thanks in advance!
 
96125 cannot be abbreviated (unless Medicare has waived the rules). It must included standardized testing, as well as cognitive and communication components.
