Is it OK for a Provider to bill a mod 26 on EKG Services? Per CPT guidelines it indicates that the interpretation and report is included. So to me, that would include a mod 26 or TC within the code. What am I missing?

EKG has separate codes for the interpretation only or the tracing only so no you do not use the modifiers just use the appropriate code.
