Helpppppp please i have a question if there is a code that is billed with mod left and right and not mod 50 should it be paid for one only or both the codes in question here are 22612
22830,22850,22630,22852,22632 should these codes be pd with a mod 50 or left and right and pay both pleaseeeee help mee:(:(:(:(
 
Sorry for the clarifying questions, but which carrier? Do you have a fee schedule? Most often, really comes down to how the carrier would like you to bill them, and what your reimbursement rates are.... However, in general, they should pay something on the second procedure as long as these have payments negotiated per your contract.
