Does anyone know if modifier 58 can be used with the revascularization codes 37220 - 37231.

Does anyone know if modifier 58 can be used with the revascularization codes 37220 - 37231.

Sorry. This is for revascularization of the lower extremity. The doctor will usually stage these procedures, one leg at a time or even certain sections of a leg depending on where the disease is located. He may need to take a different access approach if a location is blocked at the femoral.
