Can I get opinions on the proper use of mod 59 and mod 51 during an encounter. If a patient comes in for high blood pressure, ear lavage and an arthrocentesis of the knee, we would bill it out as follows: 99212-25, 69210-59 and 20610-51. Is this how everyone else would bill it out?
