Question, if our office did a 93000 and 69210 on the same day, should we use the modifier 59 to show one is distinct from the other?

Thanks in advance! :o
 
93000 is a column two code and 69210 is a column one code and can not be billed together unless an allowable modifer is used. The modifer 59 needs to go on 93000.
