Hi, is anyone having trouble with this risk table for moderate risk. I would love more examples of what a moderate risk are... I work with Pulmonologist and sleep disorders physicians and they order mainly sleep studies and petct. I am having a hard time coding their visit to a moderate level ... Any suggestions.
