Pt was in Amb surg had 2 procedures done (1 colonoscopy 45380 2) venous cath insertion with subq port) What modifier should we use??

Pt had Hx cancer.

I do not see a need for a modifier what was the need for the port? you say the pt has a hx of cancer, So what dx codes are you using for each procedure.
