Wiki Modifider use for emergency surgery

The patient came in for a cardiac catheterization under ASC CENTER PAYMENT status. He had a catheter induced left main dissection during cannulation of the left main coronary artery. The patient had a lifesaving procedure performed (33967 Percutaneous insertion of an intra-aortic balloon assist device) and the patient was transferred to another hospital for further treatment. Because 33967 is an In-House only procedure we are not getting paid. Is there a modifier we can use in cases like this when an In-House only procedure is done in emergency situation?
