Anyone know of a CPT code for a modified Mori procedure of the left elbow ?
The report reads: abnormal bone formation in olecranon fossa which was debrided. A K-wire was driven thru the fossa, A drill was used to make three holes in triangular formation. Bur was used to connect the holes,removing all the bone from the olecranon & the coronoid fossa to the shaft. A flat bur and round bur were used in combination to open this up. Two large loose bodies were encountered. Removed the two large loose bodies. When this was complete, the would was copiously irrigated.
I was thinking 24149? I could really use help with this one. Thank you
